Refund policy
If something isn't quite right, please get in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.
Sale items being returned must be received by No. 3 within 7 days for an exchange or credit note. Non-sale items must be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Postage for all returned items is the buyer’s responsibility and sent postage costs will be deducted from refund total if all items are returned (or remaining items total under £200).
Final sale items can only be exchanged or swapped for a credit note.
